In this edition of ESAB introducing we spoke to Paul Bedwell, Business Manager of the Essex Safeguarding Adults Board.
Paul has worked for ESAB for approximately 9 years and before joining in 2003 Paul was a civil servant for 16 years at the Department of Health.
In this video Paul explains a little bit about the role of the safeguarding board and some changes likely to occur as a result of the Care and Support Bill.
