ESAB is currently planning 3 half day conferences which will explore the signs of Financial abuse. The conferences, which will be free to attend, will improve your ability to spot the signs of financial abuse and how to report it. Attendance will be free of charge for all attendees.
Speakers at each of the events will include representatives from Essex Police, Brunel University the Office of the Public Guardian and Essex County Council.
Course Aim
This half day conference will look at the issues and signs of financial abuse.The conference will help frontline staff to:
- Understand the signs of financial abuse.
- Understand where to report financial abuse.
- Where to go for help and advice on the matter.
Who is it for?
The event is aimed at frontline staff that have completed basic awareness training but would like a greater awareness of the issues of financial abuse.
Duration
Each conference will run from 9am until 1pm.
