Updated SETSAF1 concern reporting form

From 2nd January 2013 an updated SETSAF1 Safeguarding Adults reporting form is available to download online at www.essexsab.org.uk.

The amendments to the form are very minor and you may not notice any change at all, however for processing reasons it is important that all safeguarding concerns submitted via SETSAF1 are completed on the new form.

Please continue to submit your SETSAF1’s as per the instructions on page 5 of the form.
